Noritake Itron VFD key display module product ranges

LCD emulation modules with compatible graphic upgrade

Noritake Itron LCD emulation modules provide 5x7 character replacements (-UW) plus graphic upgrade modules (-7806A).
The economy graphic range (-7000) has mechanically compatible modules with enhanced graphic software and added fonts.
Each module product range features interface and software command set variants which are defined by the suffix on the end of the part number. Custom designed modifications to hardware and software are possible with minimum quantities dependent on the product type.

	7806A series - 5x7 LCD module emulation + graphics
	Graphics Upgrade for 5x7 LCD or VFD Selectable 4/8 bit M68/i80 Interfaces SPI/Async Serial as Slave or Host Place Cursor on any Pixel. Graphic Upload and Draw Commands 5x5, 5x7, 10x14 ASCII Fonts Unique Pass-Through Serial Port Host	The 7806A series allows you to upgrade to a graphics VFD module with many visually enhancing commands including pixel cursor positioning and add a user host port while retaining backward compatibility for LCD emulation
	New Double density versions allow you to increase the number of rows in the same size modules. e.g. 2x16 > 3x16 > 4x16. A 7x7 font is used to provide enhanced readability.
