Noritake Itron Alphanumeric (Text Only) Modules

Text only modules have proven to provide long life times in excess of 10 years with some applications exceeding 20 years before the display brightness drops below a useable level. The UW series modules provide emulation of the popular LCD formats, the new Y series introduce the highlighting of individual characters with boost brightness to 200% and the TW series support easy control with ASCII compatible commands and characters. Levels of customisation are available on products according to range and quantity.

Y Series - 5x7 / 5x8 modules with character highlighting
						i80 Bit Parallel + Serial Interfaces 5x7 & 5x8 Font Types Single 5V DC Supply Highlight Function 8 Level Brightness Control ASCII, Katakana + extended characters		High brightness modules with parallel and serial interfaces. The highlight function makes creating a menu selection easier. CU20027 & CU24043 have the same PCB and display size as a 2x20 LCD module. 5x8 characters gives lower case descending characters (ypjq) the natural feel of the font tables found in PC programs.
